1. Product Safety
All artworks and handmade items are intended for decorative or artistic use only. They are not toys and not suitable for young children, as some pieces may contain small parts or delicate materials.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Each item is handmade, so small variations are part of its charm. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
If the fault is due to a design or production error, you may choose between a full refund, a replacement, or store credit.
For all other returns (for example, if you change your mind), I can offer an exchange or store credit once the item is returned in its original condition.
Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable, unless faulty.
3. Repairs
If your piece is damaged after purchase, please get in touch — I may be able to offer a repair service for a small fee depending on the item and materials.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, unless your order has already been shipped or is a custom piece that’s in progress.
5. Liability
All items are made with care and attention, but as a small business operating as a sole trader, I cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse or accidents after delivery. I hold product liability insurance to cover eligible claims for design faults or defects
